Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Telemarketing Manager. The responsibilities of the Telemarketing Manager include overseeing and managing the telemarketing team, designing and implementing effective telemarketing strategies, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Telemarketing Manager will also be responsible for training team members and ensuring consistent performance monitoring and improvement.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
Proven Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate, train, and guide the telemarketing team
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Experience in devising and implementing telemarketing strategies
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess performance and optimize strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience in a leadership role within a telemarketing or sales environment is advantageous
