Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate telecallers to achieve sales targets Develop and implement telemarketing strategies, campaigns, and scripts to optimize performance. Monitor call center performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and sales. Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure team members meet or exceed performance metrics Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term customer relationships Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to telemarketing. Effectively communicate with the sales and marketing teams, and collaborate to align strategies.
