Telemarketing Executive – Lead Generation

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team and drive business growth through lead generation and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining products/services, and scheduling follow-ups for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Explain product/service features and benefits clearly. Generate qualified leads and update them in CRM/Excel. Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team. Maintain daily call records and report progress. Follow up with warm leads to ensure conversion. Requirements:0–2 years of experience in telemarketing/telecalling (freshers can apply). Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional).
