Telemarketer

You will be employed as a Telemarketer on a full-time on-site basis at Virgo BPO Services Pvt. LTD. in Nashik. Your primary responsibility will involve contacting potential customers through phone calls to introduce and promote the products or services offered by the company. Your day-to-day activities will include generating leads, setting up appointments, following up on calls, nurturing customer relationships, and maintaining an up-to-date customer database. Your role will also entail meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to establish and maintain positive customer relationships. Prior experience in appointment scheduling and sales will be beneficial. Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this position. You should be adept at working both collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously. Proficiency in using CRM software and good computer skills are desirable. Previous exposure to telemarketing or telesales will be advantageous. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred.,
