Job Summary:

The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong desire to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided call lists.

Introduce and explain products or services to potential customers.

Identify customer needs and provide relevant information.

Answer questions about products or the company.

Record customer information and details of conversations.

Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up as necessary.

Achieve daily and monthly call and sales/lead generation targets.

Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding telemarketing.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to handle rejections gracefully.

Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software knowledge is a plus).

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language: Fluency in Hindi is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
