Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Follow-Up & Inquiry Executive to manage incoming leads, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trust and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to follow up on inquiries, leads, or service feedback.
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages regarding product or service-related questions.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and communication history using CRM tools or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to provide accurate updates to customers.
• Share product information, offers, and promotions to increase conversions.
• Handle post-purchase support and collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
• Remind customers about re-orders, subscriptions, or scheduled consultations.
• Maintain high professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
• Good interpersonal skills with a polite and confident attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency – Excel, email, CRM systems, WhatsApp Web.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales follow-up preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
