As a Telemarketer at our company, your role will involve rendering sales through either answering potential customers" requests or cold calling. You will be responsible for influencing both existing and potential clients to purchase our products/services. Your persuasive and friendly demeanor will be crucial in understanding clients" requirements quickly and presenting viable solutions to them. Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed sales targets - Call prospective customers to sell merchandise/services - Answer all incoming calls from potential clients - Follow up on previous day calls - Write sales scripts to close sale deals - Provide accurate details about service features, price range, and benefits using documents - Ask logical questions to understand customers" needs - Persuade clients to make a purchase by explaining how the services meet their requirements - Address doubts and complaints to maintain the company's reputation - Prepare sales records and relevant information - Go the extra mile to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales Requirements: - BA/BSc in any discipline; high school diploma candidates will also be considered - Proven work experience as a Telemarketer, Sales Representative, or in an equivalent Customer Services/Sales role - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets - Experience and working knowledge of MS Excel - Proficiency in the English Language - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Exceptional knowledge of sales talk techniques - Patience to handle customer rejections If you are ready to take on the responsibilities of a Telemarketer and meet the above requirements, apply now to join our Sales team.
