Telemarketer

As a Telemarketer at OK Play India Ltd. in Sohna, Gurgaon, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers (both B2C and B2B) with a focus on promoting products such as toys, furniture, and playground sets. You will play a key role in explaining product features clearly and persuasively based on provided scripts and training materials. Your main objectives will include generating interest, booking appointments, or passing on qualified leads to the sales teams. It will be crucial for you to maintain a detailed log of calls, responses, outcomes, and follow-ups using internal CRM systems or spreadsheets. Additionally, you will need to handle customer queries professionally and ensure effective follow-ups to drive conversions. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and update lead status will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you are expected to have excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. A presentable demeanor and professional tone over the phone are essential. Confidence, clarity, patience, and active listening skills will help you engage prospects effectively. Your ability to handle rejections gracefully and remain persistent will be key to success in this position. Being self-motivated and capable of working under guidance with supervision is important. While familiarity with basic computer tools such as CRM, Excel, and email is preferred, it is not essential. This position is open to freshers, including recent graduates or 12th pass candidates, who possess outstanding communication skills.
