Position: Field Sales Officer

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Regional Head

Type: Full-time | Field-based

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales across assigned territory (Karnataka / Uttar Pradesh / Madhya Pradesh) by identifying and visiting potential clients.

Handle institutional and B2B sales with schools, builders, furniture distributors, toy stores, or sports suppliers.

Manage relationships and build strong follow-ups with clients to ensure recurring business.

Report market insights, competitor activities, and sales updates regularly.

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the sales leadership team.

Required Background:

Experience in field sales with a background in builder segment, publication/books, institutional supply (furniture, toys, sports, etc.), or B2B education sector.

Must have confident communication skills with the ability to pitch to decision-makers.

Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively within the allocated territory.

Preferred Experience:

1 to 4 years in a similar domain.
