As an Insurance Sales Caller, you will be responsible for handling cross-selling and renewals from an existing customer database, eliminating the need for cold calling. Your primary duties will include contacting existing policyholders for renewals, offering cross-sell insurance products, explaining policy benefits and coverage, as well as building rapport with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to update customer details in the CRM system and achieve daily and monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 2 years of telesales/insurance sales experience, with strong verbal communication and selling skills.
