Job Description: We are currently looking for Insurance Sales Callers to join our team in Thane. As an Insurance Sales Caller, you will be responsible for handling cross-selling and renewals from an existing customer database, eliminating the need for cold calling. Your primary duties will include contacting existing policyholders for renewals, offering cross-sell insurance products, explaining policy benefits and coverage, as well as building rapport with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to update customer details in the CRM system and achieve daily and monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 2 years of telesales/insurance sales experience, with strong verbal communication and selling skills. You should be adept at handling objections and closing sales, comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools. In return, we offer a competitive fixed salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 per month, based on experience, along with attractive incentives for achieving targets.
