Role Summary

You will drive top-of-funnel pipeline by making outbound calls to businesses across Malabar, qualifying prospects, pitching solutions, and booking meetings for the field sales team. Success means consistent daily activity, quality conversations, and qualified appointments that convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to SMBs and institutions; run WhatsApp/email follow-ups.
• Use a consultative script to understand needs (volume, print costs, service issues) and position solutions.
• Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and schedule demos/site visits for Sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries (notes, next steps, dispositions) and keep pipeline clean.
• Nurture warm leads with callbacks, offers, and reminders; re-engage dormant accounts.
• Share call feedback to refine scripts, offers, and target lists.
• Meet/beat weekly targets for connects, meetings set, and conversions from meetings to deals.
• Adhere to calling etiquette and DNC/NDNC norms; maintain high QA scores.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in tele-sales/inside sales/tele-collection preferred; motivated freshers welcome.
• Excellent communication in Malayalam + English (Hindi a plus).
• Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho), Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
• Resilient, target-oriented, and coachable; strong listening & objection-handling skills.
• Basic product awareness of printers/copiers/MFDs or eagerness to learn fast.
• Education: Plus Two/Diploma/Graduate.
