Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Kochi. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, providing customer service, and generating sales leads. Daily tasks include communicating with prospective clients, explaining products and services, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Experience in Customer Service and Sales
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and CRM software skills
Relevant experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or a degree is a plus
