Profile Summary

Global Advertisers, a leader in outdoor advertising, seeks an energetic and persuasive Telemarketer to boost its client outreach. The ideal candidate will be based on Mumbais Western Line, be a self-starter, and have a passion for communication and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting outdoor advertising options (hoardings, billboards, transit media, etc.).

Clearly communicate service benefits, handle client objections, and answer questions.

Generate sales leads and schedule meetings.

Keep client records updated in CRM/database.

Follow up on client inquiries and nurture them for conversion.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign pitches.

Share feedback on client needs and market insights.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal skills in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.

Great listener, quick rapport builder, and customer-focused.

Confident, positive attitude, and results-oriented.

Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

Organized and good at time management.

Must reside on Mumbais Western Railway Line.
