Job Title : Telecounsellor (Crisis Support)

We are a Mind Wellness Solutions Provider offering mental Wellness to individuals, Institutions and helps corporates to cultivate an emotionally intelligent workplace. We are looking for experienced Consultant psychologists to join our ever-growing myndwell team

Description:

● Handle incoming helpline calls with empathy, active listening, and non-judgmental support.

● Conduct basic screenings using standardized tools.

● Identify and flag high-risk concerns (e.g., suicidal ideation, trauma, abuse, psychosis, panic).

● Deliver brief interventions such as grounding techniques, coping strategies, crisis intervention, and short-term therapy where applicable.

● Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior psychologists where required.

● Maintain accurate case documentation, clinical notes, and record risk management steps in the portal.

● Encourage follow-up care and connect clients with appropriate mental health services or local resources.

● Coordinate with in-house psychologists and relevant stakeholders.

● Ensure strict adherence to ethical counselling standards, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

● Participate in regular training, supervision, case reviews, and quality assessments.

Qualifications:

● Master’s Degree in Psychology or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (mandatory).

● Minimum of 2 years of counselling experience.

● Fluency in English & Hindi language is Mandatory

● Fluency in at least one regional language is an added advantage.

● Strong skills in crisis handling and emotional stabilization.

● Basic digital literacy and proficiency in phone-based counselling support.

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week (1 day off per week)

Shift type: Rotating shifts (including nights, weekends and public holidays)
