Role Description

This is a part time, remotely located for a Telecommunications Specialist. The Telecommunications Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining telecommunications systems, handling communication networks, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Noida
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
