Telecommunications Engineer

You will be part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and passionate. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Contact Center applications, supporting deployments and BAU operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Customize CCaaS solutions, including configuration, integration, and testing for seamless integration with existing systems. - Monitor performance, provide ongoing support, and optimize CCaaS solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives. - Lead the technical implementation of CCaaS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Experience in configuration and administration of cloud ACD systems such as NICE CXOne, Genesys Pure Cloud, 8x8. - Technical troubleshooting of contact center agent issues. - Design and implement voice call flow. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. - 5 to 10 years of experience in Telecommunications Engineering. - Experience with cloud ACD systems like NICE CXOne, Genesys Pure Cloud, 8x8. - Proficiency in cloud telephony systems. - Strong technical skills in configuration, integration, and testing of CCaaS solutions.
