International Voice Process (Telecom Technical Support)

About the Role

Telecom Technical Support Associates

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound voice calls and provide
technical troubleshooting support
to international telecom customers.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to telecom services (network, connectivity, device configuration, VoIP, etc.).
Guide customers through technical processes and ensure first-call resolution where possible.
Escalate unresolved cases to higher technical teams while ensuring proper documentation.
Maintain high service quality and adhere to process compliance and SLAs.
Track, log, and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Collaborate with peers and support teams to improve troubleshooting efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum
1 year of experience
in International Voice Process / Technical Support (Telecom preferred).
Strong knowledge of
troubleshooting telecom-related issues
(network, connectivity, hardware/software configuration).
Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or above).
Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
(including night shifts).
Immediate joiners from Bangalore or willing to relocate.

Salary

3 - 4.75 LPA + Incentives
