Job Description

Responsibilities:
Perform telecom system design & detail engineering for Oil & Gas facilities.Prepare and review telecom design deliverables:Cable Block Diagrams, Network DiagramsSystem Architecture DrawingsEquipment/Rack LayoutsCable Routing & Cable SchedulesBill of Materials / MTODesign of systems such as CCTV, PAGA, Access Control, Data Network, Telephone, Radio, Fiber Optic Backbone.Ensure designs comply with IEC, ITU, API, NEC, NFPA and client/project specifications.Coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, IT/Network, and Vendor teams for technical interfaces.Review vendor documents, datasheets, and support for technical evaluations (TBE).Skills Required:Strong knowledge in Telecom system architecture for O&G facilities.Experience in Fiber optic and structured cabling design.Proficiency in AutoCAD / MicroStation / SmartPlant (as applicable).Good understanding of engineering workflows in FEED / Detail Engineering projects.
