Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, resolve queries, or generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or provide information.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records as needed.
Follow up on previous calls or customer interactions.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role .
Excellent verbal communication skills ( Hindi is Mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
