Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Call prospects from the provided database to promote conference participation and confirm availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with delegates through phone and email communication.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert prospects into confirmed attendees.
Collaborate with internal teams on new registrations and follow up via calls and emails.
Assist in maintaining comprehensive Excel sheets and accurate delegate records.
Provide clear and accurate information on conference programs, speakers, and logistics to delegates and internal teams.
Address delegate queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Support on-site operations during events, including delegate services, registration desks, and other project-related tasks as required.
