We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Officer - Freshers to join our team in India. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales and customer service. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Provide accurate information to customers and address their inquiries effectively. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets. Prepare daily reports on call activities and outcomes. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
