Job Description

Your Job: Running, extracting, triaging, and sharing reports in regular intervals Preparing presentation decks Monitoring email alerts, case queues and informing/following-up with the required team members. Supporting ad-hoc requests Responding to customer emails Entering various information in CRM/ERP, which may include purchase orders, pricing, quote, ship methods etc. Monitoring the customer's backlog in ERP Managing contact set up and subscription. New Order Entry - including PI, PO, OU, B2B set up. Working on Change Order - CRD date, ship to address, forwarder, part conversion Ensuring that GLOBALFOUNDRIES policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained. Participating in internal system upgrades and enhancements for continuous improvement programs through automation and process streamlining to achieve excellence. Providing supporting documents to auditors to ensure compliance. Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
