Telecalling Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or issues.
Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and empathetically.
Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
