Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to contribute to our company’s customer engagement and sales efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.
Answer incoming calls and resolve queries or provide relevant information.
Explain the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
Follow up on previous calls and update customer records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.
Handle customer objections professionally and courteously.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in tele calling or customer support is a plus.
