Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to contribute to our company’s customer engagement and sales efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve queries or provide relevant information.
• Explain the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Follow up on previous calls and update customer records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.
• Handle customer objections professionally and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in tele calling or customer support is a plus.
