Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. The role involves promoting our services over phone calls, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. Candidates with 6 to 12 months of telemarketing experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company services.
• Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads.
• Ensure a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
• Report daily progress to the team lead.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Languages: Tamil (mandatory); English is a plus
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Prior telecalling experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• No age limit.

Incentives:

• 20% commission on each successful call.
• Additional attractive incentives based on performance.

Mode of Work: Work from Home

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,953.26 - ₹10,000.00 per month
