Telecalling

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, reaching out to potential customers, explaining our Ayurvedic wellness products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain customer records, update call logs, and follow up regularly.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into sales, and achieve set targets.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Ayurvedic solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns.
• Share daily/weekly reports with the manager regarding call performance.
• Maintain a professional and polite communication style at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (verbal and written).
• Good listening ability and convincing power.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools preferred).
• Ability to handle customer objections and build positive relationships.
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience preferred (wellness/healthcare domain is a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.

Freshers are welcome, though experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales will be an advantage.

Work Schedule

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office).
• 6 days working (Monday to Saturday).
• Working hours as per company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
