Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide detailed information about our services (study abroad, visa, or immigration). Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and reference networks. Convince and convert prospective clients into successful enrollments. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets. Coordinate with counselors and other departments for smooth client handling. Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. Handle client queries with professionalism and clarity. Provide feedback from clients to improve company services. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM). Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Experience in education, immigration, or telecalling sales will be an added advantage.
