The role requires making back-to-back calls in a professional manner and ensuring smooth interaction. Key Responsibilities: Make back-to-back calls using company-provided CRM data. Conduct screening rounds with potential candidates. Maintain call records and update CRM regularly. Ensure professional communication and follow company calling guidelines. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection. Good communication skills in Hindi/English. Ability to work full-time with discipline and punctuality.
