We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over phone calls, explaining our real estate projects, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/data. Explain project details, location highlights, and investment benefits in a clear and convincing manner. Handle inbound queries from customers regarding real estate projects. Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Requirements:Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Graduation (any stream). Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English (preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in telecalling/real estate sales is an added advantage.
