Job Description: Telecaller – TUFCON XT (TMT Rebars Division)We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our TUFCON XT marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will handle B2B and B2C inbound/outbound calls, respond to dealership, project supply, and bulk inquiry leads, and play a key role in converting leads into active partners or customers. Key Responsibilities:Make daily outbound calls to dealers, builders, and contractors. Follow up with leads from online ads, WhatsApp inquiries, and field activities. Respond to queries related to TUFCON XT product features, availability, and dealership opportunities. Record lead details and call outcomes in CRM or reporting sheets. Share catalogues, price lists, and connect leads to appropriate sales managers. Handle communication via phone, WhatsApp, and basic email as needed. Requirements:Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English . Confidence in speaking with professional clients. Basic knowledge of steel/TMT/construction material is an advantage. Familiarity with mobile apps, WhatsApp Business, and Excel for reporting.
