Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in outbound and inbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries and generate leads effectively. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate information or resolution. Maintain a database of customers and follow up regularly to ensure continued interest. Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products/services. Schedule appointments for field sales teams if necessary. Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals. Record call details, feedback, and follow-up status in CRM tools or Excel sheets. Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department. Stay updated with company products, services, and promotions. Required Skills and Qualifications:2 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar telesales/customer service role. Fluency in Hindi, English, and local regional languages (as required). Good convincing and negotiation skills.
