Job Title: Tele calling Executive Department: Sales / Customer Support Location: Kongsi Tea Bar, HSR Layout, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Tele calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Make outbound/inbound calls to customers professionally and courteously. Explain product / service details, features, and benefits clearly. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and follow-up requirements. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team wherever required. Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries. Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call targets and conversion targets. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls. Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate. Good communication skills in English and regional languages. Confidence in speaking over phone and handling customer interactions. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred). Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience 0–2 years of experience in tele calling / telesales / customer support. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
