Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a professional and courteous Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our clinic/hospital. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, booking appointments, providing information about services, and maintaining a smooth flow of communication between patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Provide accurate information about the clinic/hospital services, timings, doctors, and procedures. Maintain records of calls and patient interactions using the clinic’s software or logs. Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, reports, or feedback. Assist patients with queries and concerns courteously and efficiently. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff regarding patient schedules. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in [local language] and English. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of healthcare services. Computer literacy and experience with MS Office or hospital management software. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or customer service executive preferred. Experience in a clinic or hospital setting is a plus. Work Schedule: Full Time [ 9AM To 6PM ] OR [ 9AM To 8PM ]
