The OPD Assistant provides support in the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Department. This role involves assisting medical staff, managing patient flow, maintaining records, and ensuring a clean and organized environment for efficient patient care. Responsibilities: Greet and guide patients and visitors in the OPD. Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling. Help medical staff with basic non-clinical tasks (e.g., preparing consultation rooms, handling documents). Answer patient queries and provide basic information regarding OPD procedures. Manage the patient queue and ensure smooth patient flow. Qualifications: 12th Pass Or High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); diploma. Compassionate, respectful, and patient-focused attitude. Freshers Can Also Apply.
