Job Description

A telecaller will be responsible for outbound and receives inbound calls to generate leads, promote products/services, and provide customer support, often working in sales, marketing, or customer service roles. Key responsibilities include explaining features, recording interactions, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, and offers a path for career growth in marketing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:
Making calls to potential customers (prospects) to introduce products or services, gather information, or schedule appointments.

Inbound Calling:
Handling incoming calls from customers for inquiries, support, or to place orders.

Lead Generation:
Identifying potential customers (leads) for the sales team by engaging with them over the phone.

Sales & Persuasion:
Explaining product features and benefits, and convincing customers to make a purchase or take a specific action.

Customer Interaction:
Providing information, resolving issues, and addressing customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience.

Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data in a database.

Follow-up:
Following up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive further sales.

Achieving Targets:
Meeting set sales quotas and performance targets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
