Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Telecalling Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls, qualify leads, and support our SaaS sales team. You will introduce the product to prospects, understand their needs, schedule demos, and maintain CRM records. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain software solutions clearly are essential. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers Handle inbound inquiries and explain product features Qualify leads and schedule product demos Maintain call records in CRM Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets Requirements Good communication and persuasion skills Telecalling/telesales experience preferred Basic understanding of SaaS or willingness to learn Comfortable using CRM tools
