We're Hiring: Telecalling Executive – Solar Company Location: Indore Experience: 6months–1 Years Type job: Full-Time Join our mission to promote clean and affordable energy! We’re looking for a dynamic Telecalling Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and support our solar sales and service teams. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services. Explain the benefits of solar energy, available government subsidies, and installation process. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and field teams. Schedule appointments for site visits or sales team meetings. Maintain and update customer data in CRM software. Handle basic queries and direct complex issues to relevant departments. Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Telecalling, sales, or customer service experience. Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
