Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecalling Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our private label services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s private label services. Understand client requirements and share information about products, packaging, and customization options. Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the business development team. Maintain a database of customer contacts and update CRM with daily call records. Handle basic inquiries regarding product range, minimum order quantities, and pricing structure. Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless customer communication. Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in B2B, FMCG, or cosmetics industry). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented. Ability to learn and explain technical product features effectively. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
