Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Javitri hospital & test tube baby center . In this role, you will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers to inform them about our products or services. You will also be expected to generate leads and contribute to increasing sales. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make calls to existing and potential customers, providing information about our products or services. Lead Generation: Conduct targeted calls for lead generation and track customer interest. Customer Relationship Management: Listen to customer concerns, address their queries, and understand their needs. Sales Conversion: Convert calls into sales and meet assigned sales targets. Data Management: Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the CRM system. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and/or English (regional language knowledge may be required). Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and offer the best possible solutions. Sales Experience (Optional): Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Positive Attitude: Energetic, motivated, and ready to face challenges. Basic Computer Skills: Knowledge of CRM software and basic MS Office tools. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer issues efficiently and professionally.
