Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.Maintain a detailed database of all interactions and leads.Understand customer requirements and suggest the right solutions.Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth communication.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Key Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English.
Positive attitude and strong customer handling skills.Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.Ability to work under targets and maintain professionalism.Confidence, energy, and a polite, persuasive phone manner.
