Job Description

The Telecalling Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers, explaining ICA Coureses, generating interest, and contributing to overall business growth. The role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, maintaining call logs, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product/service details.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads received through various marketing channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates.
Share feedback and market insights with the internal team.

Should be decent in communication in both english and hindi along with mother tongue .

should be able to complete 200 dial and 4 hours of talk time ,

Open to work on shifts and sunday .

preferably from insurance ,credit card , bank and education back ground
