Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM to 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM to 2 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Herbal, Ayurvedic and Panchkarma products.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, treatments, and services.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.
Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets through telecalling efforts.
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
Freshers or 0 to 5 years
Education:
Any Graduate.
