Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Telecaller Executive to join the RSPL team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls related to player registrations, team inquiries, partnerships, and promotional activities. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing professional cricket league in Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective players, team owners, and partners. Explain league details, registration process, and answer queries professionally. Follow up on leads, maintain call records, and update daily call reports. Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with callers. Support the operations and marketing team by providing regular updates. Handle basic documentation and data entry related to telecalling tasks.
