Mira Gems

You will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into long-term B2B clients across India.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Make outbound calls to jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and traders
  • Pitch Mira Gems’ products and explain our offerings (CVD & HPHT lab-grown diamonds)
  • Share product details, offers, and app links with prospects
  • Handle objections related to pricing, certification, and quality
  • Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure proper follow-up
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth onboarding

Requirements

:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of

    telecalling or telesales experience

    in

    diamond or jewelry industry

    (mandatory)
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to explain technical terms like carat, clarity, certification, etc.
  • Comfortable using CRM and WhatsApp for client communication

Preferred

:
  • Candidates from Surat location only.
  • Prior experience in lab-grown diamonds or loose diamond sales
