Specializing in CVD & HPHT Type IIa lab-grown diamonds and diamond jewellery, we serve clients in India and worldwide. As a Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Sales Manager in our Surat team, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective B2B jewellery sales strategies to meet revenue targets. - Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in India and globally. - Cultivate enduring relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Showcase collections, distribute catalogues, and conduct product demonstrations. - Negotiate prices, secure sales, and uphold desired profit margins. - Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to address customer needs and trends. - Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Maintain detailed records in CRM and consistently follow up with leads. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - 3+ years of experience in diamond or jewellery sales (lab-grown jewellery experience preferred). - Extensive network within the jewellery industry including retailers and wholesalers. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Self-motivation, a growth-oriented mindset, and a passion for sustainable jewellery. - Willingness to travel as necessary.
