Job Description: Telecaller – Plot Sales Position: Telecaller – Real Estate (Plot Sales) Location: Noida Sector -03 Experience: 0-2 Years (Real Estate experience preferred) Salary: Fixed + Incentives Key Responsibilities: Daily outbound calling to potential leads and cold calling to generate new inquiries Follow-up with interested clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospects Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM Support the sales team in achieving monthly plot sales targets Assist in closing sales by guiding clients through the process and resolving queries Provide accurate information about locations, pricing, and documentation Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills Ability to work under target-driven environment Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Note: Incentives will be provided for each successful closing.
