Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services. Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or product recommendations. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer details using CRM software. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Handle customer objections and queries confidently and professionally. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for effective lead management. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
