We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Specialist to expand our client base and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers. Pitch and promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, travel services and events. Convert leads into successful bookings and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records and track follow-ups in CRM tools. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales and operations team for seamless service delivery. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales. Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Strong sales orientation with a target-driven and self-motivated approach.
