Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller Outbound Department: Sales / Client Acquisition / Broking Services. Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time.   About the Role: We are hiring motivated and target-oriented Telecaller Outbound to join our Angel One Franchise team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients by assisting them in opening Demat and trading accounts, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience, and driving investor engagement. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and direct contact to promote Demat and trading account openings with Angel One. Assist customers in completing KYC formalities and submitting required documentation for account activation. Explain the features and benefits of Angel One’s stock trading platform and services. Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion rates and meet account opening targets. Resolve customer queries regarding on boarding, app usage, or document verification. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documents, and account statuses. Coordinate with the back office to ensure timely account activation and regulatory compliance. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred. Experience in sales, telecalling, or broking is a plus. Fresher’s with good communication skills are welcome. Basic knowledge of stock market and financial terms is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred. Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Incentives: Lucrative performance-based incentives for each successful account opened Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)   Work Location: Angel One – Franchise Partner #681, 1st Floor, 15th Main Road, JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bangalore – 560078
