Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a confident and well-spoken Telecaller with fluency in English to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and assist customers or clients with information, product details, or service support in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients to promote products or services. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries. Maintain clear and professional communication in English at all times. Record details of interactions, follow-ups, and customer feedback in the system. Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with callers. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals. Coordinate with the sales or service team for escalations or closures. Follow company scripts and guidelines while communicating. Requirements: Excellent spoken English communication skills. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream). Previous telecalling or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory). Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software usage is a plus). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
